- Profile data — phone number, study preferences, and avatar.
- Learning activity — course progress, quiz attempts, and exam results.
- Payment metadata — invoices and subscription status (card data is processed by our payment provider).

- Operate the platform and deliver the courses you enrol in.
- Personalise study plans, recommendations, and AI tutoring.
- Communicate updates, support replies, and important notices.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with vetted service providers (hosting, email, payments) strictly to operate Eduxel. Educators only see learners enrolled in their courses.
4. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; some records (invoices, audit logs) may be retained as required by law.
5. Security
We apply encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to security@eduxel.com.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from Settings or by contacting us.
